We have no minimum order quantity for custom metal crafts – order as few as 1 piece! Factory direct with free artwork.

Standard production time is 10-15 days for normal pins, with shipping times depending on your location. Rush orders are available. And for complex fantasy pins, One month for enamel+print sample, three months for mass-production.

Yes, we highly recommend ordering a pre-production sample to check quality, colors, and details firsthand. There’s a small sample fee (which is deducted from your full order), ensuring you’re 100% satisfied before we proceed with bulk custom enamel pins.
What payment options are available?
We accept PayPal and bank transfers. You can pay 50% upfront and 50% before shipping, for small pins we need full payment is required before production begins.
How do I ensure my design colors match exactly?
We use the professional Pantone Color Matching System (PMS) for precise color accuracy on your custom enamel pins. Provide your Pantone codes during design submission, and we’ll match them closely. You can download a free digital Pantone color guide for reference – our team ensures vibrant, exact results every time.
What are the available shipping options?
We partner with trusted express carriers like FedEx and UPS for fast, reliable global delivery of your custom enamel pins. Options include standard and expedited shipping – we’ll recommend the best based on your location and timeline for safe arrival.
What is the return policy for defective custom products?
If there’s any quality issue with your products (which is rare due to our strict checks), we offer full refunds or free remakes. Contact us within a few days of receipt with photos, and we’ll resolve it quickly to your satisfaction.
How are the pins packaged?
Each pin is individually packaged in protective polybags, PVC bags, or bubble wrap by default to prevent scratches during shipping. Upgrade to premium options like velvet boxes or custom backing cards for gifting or branding – just let us know!
Do you offer free design services for custom metal crafts?
Yes! We provide free professional artwork and design services with unlimited revisions. Our in-house team can turn your rough sketch, idea, or logo into a stunning custom enamel pin design at no extra cost.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Reordering is easy! We store your design files and molds for up to 3 years, so future orders of the same custom enamel pins have no additional setup or mold fees. Perfect for ongoing branding or events.
Do you have bulk discounts for large quantity orders?
Yes, we provide attractive discounts for bulk orders (e.g., over 1,000 pieces often include waived setup fees). The larger the quantity, the better the pricing – contact us for a custom quote on your enamel pins!
